I'm Louise. I work as a solutions engineer at Snowflake, based in London, covering the UK, Ireland, and France. Most of my days are spent helping teams figure out what they can build on top of Snowflake, and then building a lot of it with them.

This site is where I write that work down. Usually it starts with something a customer is stuck on, a folder of messy PDFs, a pricing question, a report that takes three people a week. I build the thing, and then I write up how it actually went: the SQL I ran, what worked, what I would skip next time. No slide decks, no theory. If you cannot see the code, I have not really explained it.

I care about Cortex and AI on top of your own data, sizing and pricing that holds up, and the parts of a demo that usually get glossed over. I write in English, sometimes in French, and I try to keep it honest about the rough edges.
